70cl / 59.4% - The second edition of barrel-aged rum to be released by Ninefold distillery in Scotland was initially matured in a single virgin American oak barrel, filled in 2019 with a combination of rums distilled to experimental recipes, the feints of which were redistilled in March 2020 and used to top up the barrel, before it was re-racked in June 2021 into four ex-Speyside whisky oloroso sherry octaves.
