70cl / 46.31% - Koch\'s Tepeztate (aka Tepextate) is made using the eponymous agave, which takes up to 15 years to reach maturity. Once harvested, cooked, crushed, fermented and distilled, it produces aromatic herbal notes, with hints of flowers and soft earthiness.
