The Live Shield JR is fully Ce certified and perfect for keeping your little ones protected on the slopes. The 3-layer multi-density foam is stiffer on the outside and softer next to the body with a design that gradually absorbs shock and dissipates the energy from a crash. For added comfort, the Active Thermo Fit adapts and moulds to the shape of the back when worn. Shoulder straps are adjustable and keep the protector close to the body; the waist belt can be moved up or down to fit different length torso’s or removed completely for those wanting to wear it under a race suit. No specific winter sports safety standard exists for body armour, so instead the Ce certification for motorcycle is used. The Live Shield JR passes eN1621-2 (Level 1) for spine protection.
