ABK6 is taken from the shorthand that father & daughter team of Francis and Elodie have always used to write their surname, Abécassis, and is pronounced ‘A beh ca sis’. Each quality is blended from a selection of very old eaux-de-vies (much older than is legally required) and showcases the fruit of Domaines Francis Abécassis, composed of Domaine de Dizedon in Grande Champagne, Domaine Champagne Drilhon in Petite Champagne and Domaine de Chez Maillard in Fins Bois.Francis and Elodie firmly believe blending “eaux-de-vie” from their own family estates gives the ABK6 cognacs an inimitable character and depth.
