You and your group of 6 (or more) will navigate your way past blow holes, waterfalls, plunge pools and caves, to conquer nature\'s greatest obstacle course during this full day of adrenaline filled action. This superb full day experience is available at one of the best coasteering locations in the UK, Gower in Glamorgan, Wales, and is an unforgettable group activity, whether as a corporate team building idea or part of a weekend away with friends. You will begin your day at the centre, where you will meet your group and instructors. After an initial safety briefing you will be issued with your kit, which includes a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet. You will then make your way to the water, and begin the real adventure! The next several hours will be full of adrenaline as you explore the picturesque Wales coastline by climbing, scrambling, swimming and jumping.
