Paddleboard Experience Days: This voucher entitles the lucky recipient to an hour’s stand up paddleboard hire, in Blackpool. Practice the basics with an instructor, before enjoying a leisurely paddle around the lake – careful not to fall in! The experience takes place at an established water park, set in the scenic Fylde countryside. There are excellent on-site facilities – including a café, bar and large south facing patio. All instructors are first aid trained, and the ten-acre lake provides a serene backdrop to your hour’s activity. Upon arrival, you’ll be fitted with a wetsuit and shown basic paddle skills, before taking to the water. You’ll then be free to explore the lake independently. SUP is a highly beneficial form of exercise – bringing together every major muscle group in a graceful display of core stability and poise. Better still, however, it’s really good fun!
