Anna first trained at Birmingham College of Food in Hotel Catering & Institutional Management. She has learnt many cooking tips and tricks over the years, and she would love to share her wisdom with you during this Zoom cooking workshop! Anna will be on hand (virtually) as she takes you through this cooking lesson online, and you will get the opportunity to learn some new culinary skills. If you are not confident in the kitchen, this lesson would be a perfect way to learn as you have an expert to guide you through the process. You will have the option to cook a mozzarella & beetroot stack with homemade onion chutney and katsu curry with basmati rice, OR butter chicken curry, where you will make your own curry paste and basmati rice with homemade naan.
