The covered verandah provides cover even on a wet day for year round use as well being an exciting feature.It is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with styrene. It is manufactured in T&G (shiplap) timber from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation. The floor of the playhouse is tongue and groove timber as is the roof which is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. This playhouse requires self-assembly using the instructions supplied; fixings and roof felt are provided.
