Eve Lom’s award-winning Rescue Mask is a weekly treat and sluggish complexion saviour that deep cleans the skin by purifying and detoxifying to leave a glowing and more supple appearance. It can also be used as an emergency treatment to combat puffiness, breakouts and jet-lagged skin. Its blend of oils and extracts work in multi-purpose ways to remedy a multitude of skin issues. The Kaolin Clay base absorbs oil and tones down puffiness whilst the infusion of Honey ensures skin always remains hydrated. Camphor’s astringent properties help to decongest by cleaning out pores at the same time as delivering a refreshing cooling effect on the skin. And whilst working hard to restore and purify the complexion, active Ground Almonds gently slough away dirt, exfoliating as they work. As the mask dries it helps to smooth out and condition the complexion, concentrating on detoxifying and soothing any puffy areas. To use, lightly stir the ingredients together before applying a layer to the skin. Leave to set for 10-15 minutes before wiping it away with either damp fingers or a muslin cloth. To instantly reduce puffiness under the eyes, a small amount can be diluted with water and applied to the area for 5 minutes before wiping away. Paraben free.
