Iron Plus contains 100% of your recommended iron intake, which will contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. We have also incorporated folic acid. Also included in Iron Plus is a mixture of other ingredients, including vitamin C which increases iron absorption, and copper which contributes to normal iron transport within the body. On top of this we have also included vitamin A and B2, which will assist with normal iron metabolism. Vitamin C will also contribute to normal collagen formation, for the normal function of bones and cartilage.
