This ink is the result of the fusion of pigment and dye, and the result has unique qualities.Designed by Tim Holtz, reactive to water, ideal to combine and work with our usual distress inks.This new range of Oxide colours is opaque and very covering, , it imitates the rusty effect once water is applied and combines to perfection the palette of colours distress.The more water you apply to it, the greater the rust effect and the more the dye gets blurred. In the dark colours the rust effect is stronger.You may use them with stamps, brushes, stencils or you may apply them directly onto a surface. Its consistence makes it possible to even stamp over dark colours.They’re easily blurred and mixed, although you can get some help with a aplicador.The effect is matt, chalk style once dry (if no water has been applied to get the rust effect).
