The Forest Moss Oxide has been designed by Tim Holtz. They are reactive to water and you can use them with the distress ink pad range. They are matt and chalky finish once dry if no water is applied to them. Once you add water you will see the rust effect start to come through, the more water you add the stronger the rust effect.You can use them with stamps, brushes and stencils or you can apply directly to your surface. they can be easily blurred and mixed or you can use an applicator to help.
