Earl was one-time room-mate to Jimi Hendrix when they shared a flat in London & is perhaps better known for co-writing Great Balls Of Fire (he also penned the belting Mod/Beat single Swim). Brave New World tackles all kinds of subjects ranging from the Ku Klux Klan religion teenage crime (even lesbianism from a male perspect ive!) & was recorded with a crack team of British jazzers including Kenny Wheeler.
