Jospe Joseph Elevate SlimBlock is a 5 piece knife block et with a removeable sharpener. The knife block features easy access knife slots and intergrated knife rest to improve hygiene and reduce mess. The block also includes a removeable 2 stage ceramic knife sharpener in the base. Knives included are: 3.5\" pairing knife, 4.5\" serrated knife, 5.5\" santou knife, 6.5\" chef\'s knife and 8\" bread knife. They all feature Japanese style blades and ergonomic handles.
