How Do You Take Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon Sachets? Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over should take one sachet every four to six hours as needed, but do not take more than four sachets in 24 hours. Empty the contents of the sachet into a cup. Add half a cup of hot (not boiling) water and stir to dissolve. Cautions Lemsip max cold & flu should not be used during pregnacy.
