It contains ibuprofen lysine, a non-steroid anti-inflammatory medicine that relieves pain and reduces swelling. How do I take Nurofen Express 684mg Caplets? For oral administration and short term use only. Adults and children over 12 - Swallow 1 caplet with water, every 4 hours when required up to 3 times a day. Do not take more than 3 caplets in a 24 hour period.  Children aged 12-18 - if the product is required for more than 3 days or if symptoms worsen please contact your doctor. Adults - if the product is required for more than 10 days or if symptoms worsen please contact your doctor. Warnngs Do not give to children under 12. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Do not take if you: have ever had a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding are allergic to ibuprofen (or any of the other ingredients in this medicine), aspirin or other related painkillers are taking other NSAID painkillers, or aspirin with a daily dose above 75mg are in the last 3 months of pregnancy With all medication please read the patient information leaflet before use.
