Guardium Acid Reflux Control 20mg Gastro Resistant Tablets is a short-term treatment for reflux symptoms (for example, heartburn and acid regurgitation) in adults. They contain the active ingredient esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that works by reducing the amount of acid that your stomach produces. Guardium Acid Reflux Control 20mg Gastro Resistant Tablets are not meant to bring immediate relief - you may need to take them for 2-3 days in a row before you feel better. They can be taken with antacids (e.g. magaldrate, alginic acid, sodium bicarbonate, aluminium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate or combinations of these) if needed.
