What are Beechams Flu Plus Caplets?nBeechams Flu Plus Caplets provide relief from sinus pain and the symptoms of colds and flu, including fatigue and drowsiness.nEach caplet contains paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride and caffeine.nParacetamol is a pain killer which will help to relieve headaches, sore throats, fevers, aches and pains.nPhenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant which will relieve blocked noses and painful sinuses.nCaffeine is a mild stimulant to help prevent tiredness and fatigue that can accompany a cold or the flu.nHow do I take Beechams Flu Plus Caplets?nBeechams flu plus caplets are for oral use only.nAdults and children over 16 years - Take 2 caplets every 4 hours as required. Do not take more than 8 caplets (4 doses) in any 24 hour period.nWarningsnDo not give to children under 16 years of age.nDo not take for more than 7 days unless advised to do so by a doctor.nDo not exceed the dosage above.nDo not take with other flu, cold or decongestant products and avoid excessive intake of caffeine.nDo not take any other paracetamol containing medication whilst taking Beechams flu plus caplets.nIf you are pregnant or breastfeeding please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication.nIf you suffer from kidney or liver disease please speak to your doctor before taking this medication.nAs with all medicines, please read the patient information leaflet before taking.nPlease keep out of sight and reach of children.
