The active ingredient, Benzydamine Hydrochloride is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works to reduce inflammation and pain. Each 15ml Difflam Sore Throat Rinse contains: The active ingredient: Benzydamine hydrochloride, 22.5 mg. Other ingredients: Ethanol, glycerol, saccharin sodium, mouthwash flavour 52 503/T firmenich, polysorbate 20, methylhydroxybenzoate, E104 (quinoline yellow), E131 (patent blue), purified water. Each 15ml of Difflam Sore Throat Rinse contains: Alcohol, 1.5ml.
