Unlike other manufacturer\'s solutions, the LINDY Fibre Optic DVI-D Extender uses just one duplex fibre cable - no additional cables are required for RS-232 or IR remote control. The extender system comprises two modules, a transmitter and a receiver, which are connected to both the DVI-D source and display using standard DVI-D cables of up to 5m.
