It allows you to adjust the RGB channels in a VGA transmission over CAT5 cable. It removes colour drift associated with signal delays when using long runs of standard CAT5, CAT5e or CAT6 UTP cable to connect to a remote VGA monitor. Simple screw adjusters enable you to permanently set each separate colour channel as required to improves the final display quality of the VGA video.
