Start by adding Aching Muscle Super Soak or Skin Nourishing Milk Bath to a bowl of warm water, soak your feet for 5-10 minutes to soften rough skin and apply an exfoliating scrub all over, paying particular attention to the heels and balls where hard skin can form. Gently towel dry your feet, wrap in warm bed socks and put your feet up. Directions for use: Spray directly onto the skin. For healthy feet, use daily to purify and deodorise.
