egg® Multi Car Seat Adaptors These car seat adaptors are an optional extra which allow you to add a Group 0+ infant carrier car seat to your egg® stroller chassis, turning it into an all-in-one travel system. Compatible car seats include the exclusive Kiddy Egg Evo-lunafix as well as Group 0+ car seats from Maxi-Cosi, B-Safe, Cybex and Recaro. These adaptors are intended to fit a car seat in the upper position. Adaptors for the lower seating position are available separately.
