Tuffner spray has been used in taping and strapping for countless years now. A few years ago Mueller merged the product formula for Tuffner and Quick Drying Adherent but retained them as individual products because of customer loyalty. Tuffner Clear is seriously sticky and will improve the adhesiveness of sports tapes when applied to the skin before taping. As it is waterproof it is extremely popular with swimmers and in other situations when the skin may be moist or sweaty. Tuffner Clear may also be used with Kinesiology Tape when the tape is applied to particularly vulnerable areas such as the feet where improved adhesion is seen to be required.
