Biodynamic agriculture incorporates different rotations of crops carefully and the biodynamic calendar is based on the position of the moon which determines whether the day is a fruit, flower or leaf day.Crafted from a blend of Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel∙lo grapes and using the traditional fermentation method, the caves (yes, that’s the plural of ‘cava’!) are aged for more than fifteen months underground.
