Biodynamic agriculture incorporates different rotations of crops carefully and the biodynamic calendar is based on the position of the moon which determines whether the day is a fruit, flower or leaf day.Crafted from a blend of Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel∙lo grapes and using the traditional fermentation method, the caves (yes, that’s the plural of ‘cava’!) are aged for more than fifteen months underground. The end result is an elegant, dry sparkling wine with a golden hue and fine effervescence.What does our fizz taste like? It’s a light, smooth and well-balanced bubbly with a fruity aroma.
