Nikwax Nubuck & Suede Proofâ ¢ maintains the breathability by allowing moisture vapour to pass through the fibres and is recommended for Gore-Tex, SympaTex and eVENT footwear. Nikwax Nubuck & Suede Proofâ ¢ has been specifically designed and optimised for nubuck and suede combination footwear and will maintain the texture of the materials by leaving a flexible water repellent treatment on the individual fibres. Nikwax offers a sponge applicator for easy and precise application by hand. Nikwax Nubuck & Suede Proofâ ¢ is non-flammable, contains no harmful solvents and is free of harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and fluorocarbons.
