Fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets are the generic version of Telfast. Fexofenadine is an effective antihistamine and is used for allergies and hayfever. Fexofenadine is generally classed as non-drowsy and is usually prescribed for those patients that haven\'t responded well to Loratadine, Cetirizine and Piriton. It comes as a convenient once daily dose and prevents symptoms throughout the whole day. Do not take Fexofenadine if you are pregnant, unless necessary. Fexofenadine is not recommended during breast-feeding.
