The bar is manufactured from quenched and tempered, stress relieved, high tensile steel for maximum strength and flexibility. Weighing 20 KG with a diameter of 28 mm the bar is calibrated to Olympic weightlifting specifications and colour coded. The Olympic sleeves are machine finished with 8 needle bearings for reduced friction, and constructed to a precise 1.975-inch diameter accommodating 2” diameter Olympic plates.
