The York Fitness Standard 1\" Barbell Bar is manufactured from chromed solid steel. The bar is available in 5 foot length and is designed for use with 1\" Standard weight plates up to a maximum weight of 125 KG. The knurled grip pattern gives great grip on workout sessions and helps promote correct hand position. Standard 1\" spring collars are required to secure weight plates to the bar. These are not included but available separately. Spring collars allow for quicker plate changes than spinlock bars so ideal if you are sharing equipment and frequently adjusting weights.
