The RMT™ Club works by combining the body\'s rotational movements with integrated movement patterns, skill based movements, full body movements, and high intensity movements. You can use the RMT™Club for one-on-one training, in a group class structure, small group training, or incorporate it into your existing routine. Inside the RMT™ Club is \"shifting\" weight. This “shifting” of weight strengthens and balances movements as well as provides dynamic resistance. It also produces an audible feedback allowing you to compare and contrast movements on both sides of the body, unifying and synchronising your dominant and non-dominant sides. RMT™ Club puts the \"HIT\" in HIIT. It was made to take a lot of punishment; however, it is not indestructible. To avoid damaging the Club, please follow these instructions: 1) Strike padded surfaces only - Not hard surfaces Make sure to strike a padded surface with at least 2 inches of padding. Do not strike unpadded floors, walls, hard rubber flooring, tires, concrete or gravel or any other unpadded or sharp surface. 2) Do not strike more than 100 time in a row Striking without pausing may cause the head to heat up and become too flexible, which can damage the Club head. If the head becomes noticeably warm, please stop to allow it to cool down before using again. 3) Never strike with the handle Striking with the RMT Club directly against the handle may cause damage to the screw housing, dislodge the club head or cause other issues.
