The name Valpolicella probably dates back to the Roman period from the word Valle poli cellae, in latin \"valley of the many cellars\", proving the ancient wine making tradition of this area. Here they used to produce a red wine, sweet and very concentrated, probably close to the Recioto which is produced today!The first winery you\'ll visit will open you the doors of its cellars and the wine hospitality manager will bring you through vineyards and wine cellars, before starting a wine tasting of 3 wines. After the tour and tasting of this first winery you\'ll go towards the second one, a completely different experience with a young family and a modern approach that will also include a light lunch experience, together with the wine tasting.
