In 1995, Fausto decided to convert the cultivation of the vineyard to an “integrated pest management approach”. This represented the first step towards an organic agriculture.At the end of 90s, the production was changed towards the “Martinotti” or “Charmat” method, always searching for a clean and continuous product.Nowadays, with all of the wines in purity, the production of the “Fattoria Moretto” aims at expressing with personality the Lambrusco Grasparossa territory, showing a clear decision of Fausto and Fabio: they don’t focus on company policy based on quantity, but they prefer to have a management which leads to improve the quality of the product and service offered, with special attention to the peculiarity of the territory.
