This is a learning experience. You will be constantly learning about the challenges of making good wine and how small wineries operate differently than the bigger ones.We will discuss geography, topography, climate change, water management, consumer markets, history, economy, and all in light of the evolution of wine and wine making here in Argentina.Depending on the time of the year, we will taste between 6 and 15 different wines straight from the tanks and guided by us the owners of the winery.The idea is that you taste different varieties that are grown in Mendoza, including one that we are the only ones in the country to grow. Also, it is our objective that you leave our winery understanding that there are many faces for Malbec and like anywhere else in the world, depending where you grow the grapes and how you tend your vines you will get different flavor profiles on your wines.Last but certainly not least, you will be able to buy wines at a huge discount once we are finished!
