Henne in the Sahara - M\'Hamid El Ghizlane
Henna art is a fascinating part of Sahara life. It is more than just a beauty ritual, it holds an important place in the culture. The henna used is a natural dye, taking 30 minutes to apply and about 30 minutes to dry. We will enjoy this in a private cabana, in the palm grove, seated Sahara style.Once the paste has dried it hardens and eventually cracks and falls away from the skin, leaving behind the colourful pattern. It is advisable to not wash hands or feet for 24 hours to get the best results from the henna. It is not permanent and will eventually completely fade from the skin after 1 to 3 weeks.
