This is a private tour with a 7-seater van for a maximum 6 guests.If you are looking for a light hike combining a winery or beach, this is the perfect tour for you! Imbros gorge is located on the eastern Lefka Ori mountains and it’s 8km long. For an average hiker it will take around 3 hours to cross. After pick up from Chania area we head down to Imbros village where the gorge starts. We will drop you off at the entrance and pick you up at the end. Most of the gorge is in the shade with a narrow trail (no cliffs) and pine trees. There is a small stream which is dry in the summer so it’s good to have sufficient supply of water. Imbros gorge is the smallest and most beautiful in terms of size compared to Samaria gorge which is a 5-6 hour hike. After Imbros you have two choices. Visit a winery or a beach. Both locations need around two hours each and we would recommend to visit both at a small extra cost. You could eat in both locations.
