As its name, this trip goes around the foothills of Mt. Everest (8,848m) in Khumbu region, Nepal. Through to several cultural villages of Sherpa people, this trekking route features a wide range of mountain scenery. If you want to do soft trekking but see the best view of some of highest mountains in the world, it would be a perfect option.We begin our 12-days Everest Foothill Trek from Kathmandu with a cultural tour to few UNESCO world heritage sites before flying to Everest region. Starting from Lukla, we trek all the way up to the village of Tengboche (3,860m) and return back taking detour to some of authentic mountain settlements. Tengboche offers panoramic view of towering peaks such as Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Tawache, Nuptse, Lhotse and many more.
