This brightly illustrated picture book, ideally suited to young children who are living in foster care, is the final instalment in the popular Dennis Duckling series (BAAF). Dennis has been living with a family of ducks on the river because his mum and dad could not look after him safely. But his parents have been working hard to learn how to care for their ducklings properly and now it is safe for Dennis to return to their home on the pond to live with them. Dennis is sad to leave the ducks on the river who have been caring for him, but is excited to be going back home.
