RYA Yachtmaster is intended as an aide memoir for anyone who has taken, or is taking, a course is navigation, safety and seamanship. It covers all aspects of the Yachtmaster/Coastal Skipper syllabus including new developments in electronic navigation equipment and techniques.The RYA is the governing body representing sailing, windsurfing, motor boating, power boat racing and personal watercraft, at sea and on inland waters.
