Kanesu Tororo Soba
Soba noodles for any occasion. It is hard to get much more traditional than a classic soba (or buckwheat) noodle. These soba noodles have been made with a combination of wheat, buckwheat, and yam flours, for a balanced flavour that will accompany hot and cold noodle dishes with ease. Cool down during the summer by serving cold soba noodles with tsuyu dipping sauce, or warm up in the winter with a tasty hot soba noodle soup.
