Rich texture and fruity flavour.Enjoy the sweet/sour taste of ume plums with this umeshu plum wine. Unlike most other varieties of umeshu, this plum wine contains puree made from matured ume plums, giving the wine a cloudy (or nigori) appearance, a more viscous, full-bodied texture, and a more mellow overall flavour. Best enjoyed chilled, either straight or with a mixer.
