Mizkan Powdered Sushi Vinegar (Sushi Su)
A box containing 2 sachets of powdered sushi mix. Each packet contains 3 servings and is evenly sprinkled into hot rice (1 sachet per 700g of cooked rice/290g of uncooked rice). Once cooled the rice can be used to make all sorts of sushi, especially temaki sushi using salmon, avocado and cucumber rolled in seaweed. Sushi mix infuses the rice with added vinegary flavours to enhance the sushi taste.
