Clearspring Organic Rice Crackers are flavourful, wheat-free and made to a traditional recipe in Japan using special organic sweet rice, sesame seeds and extra virgin olive oil. Their unique texture comes from the sweet rice (mochigome) that has a sticky quality that when baked puffs up to give a firm, crunchy textured cracker that can be enjoyed straight from the pack or served with drinks.
