Brewed in Nishinomiya, this sake benefits from the natural, high-grade quality of local Yamada Nishiki rice, fermented and distilled in the mineral rich waters of Mount Rokko to produce medium-bodied umami notes of citrus. Polished to 55% their size, the rice grains brewed within this junmai ginjo offer a fuller experience of their delicately sweet flavours, expertly drawn out by Sakari\'s own combination of cultivated yeasts.
