Miyanoyuki Yamahai Tokubetsu Junmai Sake
A delicate and sweet tokubetsu junmai.Meticulously brewed at low temperatures to develop its rich texture and rice flavour, this special bottle of Miyanoyuki junmai sake is matured without interference so its natural sweetness can fully shine. Made with a combination of natural yeast and handmade rice koji using Yamahai brewing methods, this sake produces high lactic acid without the need for mashing, allowing its palate to elevate with full-bodied flavours and aromas. Sharp and clean on the finish with lots of complex notes, this 60% milled sake serves best chilled or slightly warm.Alcohol 15.7% ABV.
