Classically refined with an exquisite, fruity palate drawn from premium, 50% polished Yamadanishiki rice grains, this junmai daiginjo is carefully matured at low temperatures to elevate its superb fragrance, whilst maintaining its delightfully silky mouthfeel. The defining character of this highly-regarded sake comes from its final spark of flavour, a crisp bite of citrus and floral aromas that leads into its pleasantly tingling finish.
