Brewed in the deep snowy hills of Joetsu, Niigata.With consistently snowy winters and mineral-rich rice providing the perfect components for cold sake fermentation, enjoy the exquisite, umami qualities of Maruyama Shuzo\'s pure, snow-aged junmai sake. Stored in ice houses for over 3 months under thick blankets of snow, the constant cool temperatures and minimal humidity allow this 63% milled junmai to develop a naturally fruity palate that\'s not only aromatic and full of rice texture, but finished with a clean and smooth aftertaste. Made with the brewery\'s own Sekichubai sake-grade rice, known for its sweet, firm and nourishing taste. Alcohol: 17.0% ABV.
