This is a wonderful first flush tea that contains specially selected younger leaves which are picked when they first show signs of budding. The younger the tea leaves, the more ‘umami’ and vitamin C they contain. To enjoy the special taste of a first flush tea, it is important to make the tea with water that has cooled slightly after boiling (80°C).
