Wel-Pac Dried Wakame Seaweed （Ito Wakame)
A large packet of dried wakame seaweed from the Genkai sea in the Southern areas of Japan. Wakame is a great addition to make an authentic miso soup or add to a salad to give it a Japanese taste. Wakame is very good for us, and is well known in Japan as a natural way to keep hair and skin soft and healthy To prepare, simply soak a handful of the dried wakame in a bowl of water for 5 minutes until it expands and becomes soft. Then add to your miso soup or salad.
