A mellow sake with a little sparkle.Enjoy the delicious contrast between the full-bodied thickness of a cloudy nigori sake and the refreshing fizz of mild carbonation with Kasumitsuru\'s \'Kingyo\' sparkling nigori sake. A pure rice wine (made without the addition of brewer\'s alcohol), this sake derives its mellow flavour by retaining of some of the sake kasu (the lees left over from sake production) that is filtered out of other sake varieties. The mild carbonation then gives the sake a contrasting rejuvenating, sparkling mouth feel. Enjoy this sake chilled.
